Place Value and Geometry
This term (Term1) we have been learning Place Value and Geometry.
We had to do a test on Place Value and Geometry before we actually started learning more.
We took a test because so the teacher could see where we needed help.
After I did the Place Value test l got most of them right I do have some places I need help though.
We have now finished Place Value and are starting Geometry. For Geometry we are doing Measuring with a Protractor. I didn't know how to use a protractor as well as I can now.
Gap Analysis
At the start of the term/year we did two gap analysis tests. One of those Gap analysis were on Maths.
On the Stage 1-6 I got 98% but on Stage 7 and 8k9 I didn't do so well. I have nine gaps that I really need to work on.
...Term 3... Multiplication and Division
This first part of the term we have been doing Multiplication and Division. Most of this was on Mathletics or down on the mat with our teacher. It was quite easy but I learnt a lot and it was very fun.
Algebra
This term we have also been Algebra I think that Algebra is probably one of the hardest math subjects I have done all term I still have a bit of learning to do in this subject I know that for sure but some of the Algebra I did get though and hope to learn a bit more.
